Grace Najjar

Eng. Grace Najjar serves as the Managing Director of PMI's Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region and leads PMI's Energy Working Group for greater reach and focus globally. Grace has 25 years of global experience as an advisor, lead engineer, and program director. She has supported PMI as the Corporate and Government Relations Manager in the Middle East and founded her own firm, Align Management Solutions, in 2010. She is also a professor at business schools and engineering faculties in Beirut and Europe. She holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and a Master's degree in Network & Telecommunications from the Télécom ParisTech. Grace is a certified PMP, PgMP and CDA, as well as a graduate of the 2013 PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.

Omrane Kammoun

Telecom engineer, Omrane completed an E-MBA and a master’s degree in business law. He has more than 38 years of professional experience in ICT field, mainly in management (vision/strategy, global operations, transformation) and finance as well as technical, commercial and legal activities (regulation). He has worked in the Ministry of ICT, Tunisie Telecom Group and its subsidiaries (SOTETEL, Topnet, DIVA SICAR). Since 2016, Omrane joined PwC network as Senior Advisor in PwC Tunisia. Tahirou Assane Oumarou has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, civil engineering, strategy, transformation, and project management. Al Shalloway is the Director, Thought Leadership for Agile at Scale Programs at the PMI. He is the co-author of 5 books and the creator of FLEX (Flow and Lean for Enterprise Transformation). Elle y était vice-présidente de la commission du préambule, des principes fondamentaux et de la révision de la Constitution puis rapporteur de la commission des finances, de la planification et du développement jusqu’en 2014. Née le 22 octobre 1973 à Tunis, Lobna Jribi est titulaire d'un doctorat en système d’information et intelligence artificielle de l'Institut national des sciences appliquées (INSA) Lyon ainsi que d'un diplôme d'ingénieur en système d'information de la même institution. Elle est enseignante-chercheur à l’Ecole nationale des Sciences de l’Informatique (ENSI) Université La Manouba mais aussi à la Sorbonne. Nazir Lajdel

Nazir started his career at « Banque du Sud », called now « Attijari Bank », where he specialized in the financial sector and software engineering. Currently, Nazir is responsible for the Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management practice at « Zitouna Bank ». He has been a key player in maturing the PMO and elevating its capabilities to support Zitouna bank’s Global Growth Strategy, Digital and Agile Transformation journey. Nazir has a wealth of experience in establishing project management offices, implementation of project management processes, and both standalone and enterprise project management software tools.
