Grace Najjar
Eng. Grace Najjar serves as the Managing Director of PMI's Middle East/North Africa (MENA) region and leads PMI's Energy Working Group for greater reach and focus globally. Grace has 25 years of global experience as an advisor, lead engineer, and program director. She has supported PMI as the Corporate and Government Relations Manager in the Middle East and founded her own firm, Align Management Solutions, in 2010. She is also a professor at business schools and engineering faculties in Beirut and Europe. She holds a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, and a Master's degree in Network & Telecommunications from the Télécom ParisTech. Grace is a certified PMP, PgMP and CDA, as well as a graduate of the 2013 PMI Leadership Institute Master Class.
Naouel Ben Zina
Naouel BEN ZINA holds an engineering degree diploma from the “Ecole Polytechnique de Tunisie”. During her 19 years of experience, mostly within multinational companies in Information Technology field, she has taken different positions including Project Management roles eg. Omrane Kammoun
Telecom engineer, Omrane completed an E-MBA and a master’s degree in business law. He has more than 38 years of professional experience in ICT field, mainly in management (vision/strategy, global operations, transformation) and finance as well as technical, commercial and legal activities (regulation). He has worked in the Ministry of ICT, Tunisie Telecom Group and its subsidiaries (SOTETEL, Topnet, DIVA SICAR). Since 2016, Omrane joined PwC network as Senior Advisor in PwC Tunisia. He led several projects in the Maghreb region and Sub-Saharan Africa with telecom operators, ISPs, regulators, public sector, financial institutions and other diverse industries (education, health…); the assignments included strategy development, transformation-restructuring, operational efficiency, technical due diligence, organization/HR, process reengineering and project/program management. He recently assisted Orange Cote d’Ivoire in optimizing and digitizing Broadband products and services processes, and the Tunisian Presidency of the Government in the framework of the civil services reform, administration modernization and digitalization.

Tahirou Assane
Tahirou Assane Oumarou has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles, civil engineering, strategy, transformation, and project management. As Director of Operations of the Brightline Initiative, Tahirou oversees the activities under the three benefit pillars of thought and practice leadership, networking, and capability building. Al Shalloway
Al Shalloway is the Director, Thought Leadership for Agile at Scale Programs at the PMI. He is the co-author of 5 books and the creator of FLEX (Flow and Lean for Enterprise Transformation). He was a co-founder of Lean Systems Society and Lean Kanban University. He was the first SPC Trainer outside of SAI, a gold partner and contributor to SAFe but is no longer affiliated with SAI. His work currently focuses on helping organizations be more effective in adding value to their customers by working with both the business side and development side of the organization. He has a Masters in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT and a Masters in Mathematics from Emory University. He resides with his wife and 3 cats in Carlsbad, CA.
Amine Kerkeni
Amine is leading the engineering team at InstaDeep. He joined the company four years ago after a career in software development where he lead engineering teams in various industries (semiconductor, consumer electronics, investment banking). Initially, Amine started deep learning and AI as a hobby, but ended up dropping everything to pursue his goal of deploying artificial intelligence to solve real life problems. En 2015, madame Fatimata a reçu le prix de la femme leader exceptionnelle d’Afrique Madame SIDIBE a fait un parcours exceptionnel et a occupé plusieurs haut postes de responsabilités : - Directrice adjointe du PAM à Madagascar et en Guinée-Bissau, - Elle a travaillé en Guinée Conakry, au Soudan du Sud, au Kenya, au Tchad, en République Centrafricaine et au Mali. - Chargée de programme Nationale et Secrétaire permanente du Programme de Restructuration des Marchés Céréaliers (PRMC) - Spécialiste du marketing et de la communication à la CMDT Mme SIDIBE est spécialiste en agroéconomie et a géré plusieurs programmes humanitaires et de développement en Afrique dans le domaine de la résilience des populations affectées par les chocs. - Elle a mis en place plusieurs systèmes de surveillance de la sécurité alimentaire, de la nutrition, de prévention-gestion des risques et catastrophes, des programmes d'alimentation scolaire, de banques alimentaires et de protection sociale. Have you heard of Call for Code? It’s an IBM initiative aimed at preparing for and responding to climate change via tech innovation. Melissa is a Judge! Prior IBM, Melissa spent several years at Microsoft where she built internet and energy access networks and introducing digital skills to the newly connected. Melissa is also the Founder & CEO of MentorNations, a youth-led digital skills movement in Africa that has taught tens of thousands of youth to code across twelve countries. Melissa is Chair of IEEE's Digital Intelligence Working Group and is on the Steering Committee of the Coalition for Digital Intelligence with the World Economic Forum, OECD, IEEE, and the DQ Institute. Mme Jribi était députée de l’Assemblée nationale constituante (2011-2014). Elue sur la liste d’Ettakatol de Tunis 1. Elle y était vice-présidente de la commission du préambule, des principes fondamentaux et de la révision de la Constitution puis rapporteur de la commission des finances, de la planification et du développement jusqu’en 2014. Née le 22 octobre 1973 à Tunis, Lobna Jribi est titulaire d'un doctorat en système d’information et intelligence artificielle de l'Institut national des sciences appliquées (INSA) Lyon ainsi que d'un diplôme d'ingénieur en système d'information de la même institution. Elle est enseignante-chercheur à l’Ecole nationale des Sciences de l’Informatique (ENSI) Université La Manouba mais aussi à la Sorbonne. En 2014, Lobna Jribi devient présidente de Solidar, un groupe de réflexion basé en Tunisie et qui se penche essentiellement sur les questions de développement économique et social dans l’objectif d’installer une justice sociale et solidaire ainsi que l’égalité et l’équité en Tunisie.
Mohamed Skander Naija
Mohamed Skander Naija is an engineer graduated from the “Ecole Centrale de Paris” and holds a Master's degree specializing in Business Consulting from the “Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris”. Skander started his career in organizational and transformation consulting for the financial sector at “Accenture” in Paris. He joined the “BIAT group” (Banque internationale arabe de Tunisie) in 2009 where he was in charge of the bank's transformation program. From 2013 to 2017, he held the position of Deputy General Manager at “BIAT Insurance” and since 2017, he was appointed General Manager of “AMI Assurances”.
Ouissem Ghorbel
Specialized in strategy and transformation. He is an ex McKinsey consultant and has worked as a chief of staff of two ministers in the first transitional government, following the revolution in Tunisia, in 2011. He has successfully led more than ~100 consulting engagements in more than 10 countries, three continents, 9 different sectors, for major government leaders, international institutions and top private sector groups. These engagements included strategy, transformation, re-organization, mergers and aquisitions, turnarounds, investments, public policies, capacity building, etc Ouissem has graduated from Telecom Paris (Leading French “Grande Ecole”), he speaks fluently English, French and Arabic. Ouissem is politically independent and engaged in multiple social activities.
Badr Burshaid
Badr is the president of PMI KSA Chapter. He has 20 years of experience in the Project Management field within Saudi Aramco. His experience includes working as a Director of Saudi Aramco’s PMO, responsible to oversee, manage, monitor and control a multi-billion dollar projects portfolio. This portfolio covers over more than 200 projects annually including Oil and Gas projects, Petrochemicals, Community and Infrastructure projects, Joint Ventures, maritime projects and other sectors. Badr holds a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. He has complemented his degree with numerous professional certifications and accreditations, mostly in the field of Project Management.
Nazir Lajdel
Nazir started his career at « Banque du Sud », called now « Attijari Bank », where he specialized in the financial sector and software engineering. He has an extensive experience in implementing relevant transformation programs, where he has provided support both for operational excellence tasks in Finance areas and for PMO and Change Management activities. Currently, Nazir is responsible for the Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management practice at « Zitouna Bank ». He has been a key player in maturing the PMO and elevating its capabilities to support Zitouna bank’s Global Growth Strategy, Digital and Agile Transformation journey. Nazir has a wealth of experience in establishing project management offices, implementation of project management processes, and both standalone and enterprise project management software tools. He works effectively with all levels of the organization and is a solid facilitator for project planning and project management process implementation. Prior to « Zitouna bank », Nazir was a senior project manager with Wevioo where he provided technical capabilities and expertise to ensure excellence in the delivery of complex IT projects with multi-disciplinary teams. Nazir joined the PMI Tunisia chapter as a volunteer in 2018. He was appointed VP Finance on January 2019. Nazir finds creative expression in theater arts. He's an amateur actor and performs in many theatrical play.
