Panel 1 will be devoted to the theme “Management of megaprojects in Tunisia: governance and challenges”. This panel will discuss:
• Governance and mechanisms adopted in the management of megaprojects in Tunisia (in different areas);
• The performance and feedback of these projects: what are the challenges encountered?
• Recommendations to be issued and best practices to be shared, for better performance of major projects
