Naouel Ben Zina is a senior program manager with more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology field. Naouel has taken different positions including Project Management roles eg. Project, Program, Portfolio Manager, Head of PMO & Quality System and Head of Operations.

She has an extensive experience in managing large and complex programs, leading cross functional teams based in EMEA region.

She holds an engineering degree diploma from the “Ecole Polytechnique de Tunisie”. She is PMP® certified since 2011. Naouel has been involved with PMI Tunisia chapter since its launch in 2017 as VP of Communications, President and a Past President. She is appointed as Regional Mentor for MENA Region in June 2022.
