  II).
• Lawyer – Legal Counsel having practiced for over 20 years in French
  and Tunisian law firms.
• Specialist in business law, M&A, intellectual property and digital
  law.
• Worked for a sovereign wealth fund for 8 years on over 300 M&A deals
  in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, for a total transaction +2 B$.
• Author of a published book on E-commerce and the Integrity Chart for
  startups.
• Taught for over 20 years in French and Tunisian universities (Paris I
  Panthéon Sorbonne and Paris XII Val de Marne in France; INSAT, ENIT,
  IFID, ISG, MSB and TBS in Tunisia).
• Supported more than 5 international investment funds and over 50
  startups in their creation, development, internationalization and IP,
  and assisted a dozen in exits.
• Completed several arbitrations, notably before the ICC as an
  arbitrator and as a lawyer.
