Mabrouk Mabrouk holds an industrial engineering degree diploma from the ENIT and a Professional Master in Quality & Productivity from ESSTT Tunis. During his 20 years of experience, he took many roles and responsibilities. He started his career as study engineer in APII performing industrial projects feasibility studies, strategic studies for industrial sectors like mechanical, electrical, automotive spares parts, plastics, etc. In 2008, he moved into oil & gas sector to do economics and commercial contracts negotiations for oil & gas projects with ETAP. In 2011, he has been seconded to OMV as a cost engineer for the mega project Nawara to do cost estimation, cost control, economics and change management. After the first gas from Nawara he returned to ETAP to start a new challenge as Project Controls Manager for Tataouine Gas project.

Mabrouk is a Certified Cost Professional (CCP®) from AACEI since 2015 and PMP® certified since 2020. He joined the PMI Tunisia chapter as a volunteer in 2018. He has been the VP Membership of the PMI Tunisia since 2019 and Chapter President since March 2021.
