Jean-Christophe Hamani is an international expert in Strategic Execution and Transformation. For more than 30 years, he has managed large projects at all the international leaders in the Telecom industry (Alcatel/Nokia, Nortel, Ericsson, Huawei and Orange…). He holds many certificates: PMP, PMI-PBA, ITIL V4, Digital Transformation Strategy (Polytechnique), Entrepreneurship (Harvard), Innovation Leadership (MIT) and Organizational Transformation by PMI, the world’s leading professional project management organization. He held several positions including President of the Paris Chapter and then co-founder of PMI France, the largest EMEA chapter. In 2017, he founded the Francophone Community, which covers 16 countries on four continents, and works with companies, organizations and academics. He is a professor at ESCP Executive Education in Paris. He recently founded Tactics, a consulting firm that helps companies to fix sensitive tactical issues related to strategic transformation and execution.
