Recent rapid changing events have demonstrated that organizations must
develop quick accurate decisions to go along with wholesale changes in the
organization’s leadership style and behavior. The operating cadence with which
leaders lead and take action needs to match the volatility and uncertainty we are
faced with. This requires a different approach to leadership, and not just a return
to existing processes, systems and behaviors to answer to new sets of challenges.
Rather, it means creating an entirely new leadership mindset.
